These terms cover your use of the Clmbn website and our free community. Paid programmes and services will have their own details, which we will give you before you pay.
1. Who we are
Clmbn is run by Chido Dickay. You can contact us at hello@clmbn.co. By using this website or joining our community you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. Clmbn is for adults aged 18 or over.
2. What Clmbn offers
Clmbn offers IT support mentoring and training: a free community, and optional paid help such as CV reviews, mock interviews, one-to-one mentoring and structured programmes. What each paid service includes will be set out before you buy it.
3. No guarantees about jobs or visas
Clmbn offers skills, CV feedback and interview practice. We do not guarantee jobs, place people in jobs, or help with visas. Your results depend on many things, including your own effort and the job market. Anything we share is general guidance, not professional, legal or immigration advice.
4. Waitlists, enquiries and bookings
Joining a waitlist or sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, confirm a booking or create a purchase. No seat, price or start date is confirmed until we confirm it to you in writing. We may close, change or reschedule a programme or service, and if we do, we will tell you.
5. Paying for services
Before you pay for anything, we will tell you what you will receive, the price, how to pay, and how cancellations and refunds work. Pay only through official Clmbn payment links or the bank details we give you. We will never ask you for money in direct messages, and we will never ask for a “job fee”. If anyone asks you for payment in Clmbn’s name in any other way, do not pay and tell us at hello@clmbn.co.
6. Community rules
Our community is free and run for people who are learning. To keep it useful and safe:
- be kind and respectful to everyone;
- stay on topic and do not spam;
- do not promote paid products or services;
- do not share payment details, passwords or other sensitive information;
- follow Discord’s own terms and community guidelines.
We may remove content or members who break these rules.
7. Our materials
The Clmbn name, logo, website and learning materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials we give you for your own learning. Please do not copy, share, sell or republish them without our written permission.
8. Our responsibility to you
We take care in what we teach and share, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or suits your situation. We do not exclude or limit responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Apart from that, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost income or missed opportunities, arising from your use of this website or our community.
9. Links to other services
This website links to services we do not run, such as Discord. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as Clmbn grows. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website or community after a change, you accept the updated terms.
